Please make sure you review the store policies before you purchase:

All Sales are Final.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. We will provide notifications items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any purchases. Products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages may occur during transit.  Please inspect your pieces upon arrival.  Please note any damages at the time of delivery.

If a defect is discovered and/or delivery is refused, please contact us within 48 hours. so that we can remedy the issues.

ART, LIGHTING AND DECORATION SHIPPING:

Products will be delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock, art, lighting and decoration will be shipped via economy and can take 5-7 business days.

FURNITURE SHIPPING & DELIVERY UPDATES:

Products will be delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours.  Furniture pieces ship within 3-4 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece.

Unless otherwise notified, all shipments will be dropped off curbside or at the door.  Carriers will not walk into the house, unless it is white glove delivery.  If you would like white glove delivery, please notify us within 24 hours.
